It occurred to me today that it would be a good idea to introduce the family so you'd know who's who when I refer to them.

I won't name names, but I'll give them identities and nicknames, so you'll be able to follow along.

• Man (that's me) 44
• The Wife: 46, married 20+ years
• D1: Daughter, 19, college student, aka "The Psychologist"
• D2: Daughter, 18, high school senior, aka "The Chef"
• D3: Daughter, 16, high school sophomore, aka "The Photographer"
• S1: Son, 14, 8th grade, aka "The Boy"
• D4: Daughter, 11, 6th grade, aka "The Actress"

I'll probably use the "D" designations the most, but if it seems more appropriate may also use the nicknames in the post. I hope this helps you follow along.
